Isn’t Easter Brunch just the best? It just sounds delicious. Here is my idea of the perfect Easter brunch to make for you and yours. Serve it all together, who has courses for brunch anyway?

Limoncello Fruit Salad

Cinnamon Buns

Spring Vegetable Frittata

Serve with Bacon or Ham, Coffee and Tea, and Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.

Enjoy your brunch and your Easter friends!

I love my Mama. And she works hard. Really hard. Not only is she the best Mom ever (sorry ladies and gents but it’s just the way it is), but she’s also a great lady.

She’s embarrassed now that I’ve gushed about her on the world-wide-web…

So on Mother’s Day, wouldn’t it be nice to treat not just my Mama, but your own? I’ve put together a simple little Mother’s Day Brunch Menu with a couple of my Baking Vintage favorite recipes. Enjoy with your Mama — make her brunch, buy her flowers — make her day.

To Drink: Champagne and Grapefruit Punch – if Mom doesn’t like bubbly, you could substitute ginger ale for the Champagne

To Start: Fruit Salad — one of the best combinations I’ve ever had has pineapple, mango, blueberries, oranges and grapefruit but feel free to use Mom’s favorite fruits in your salad — it’s all about her today after all.

For the Main: Buttermilk Waffles with Maple Syrup and Bacon

Enjoy and have a wonderfully Happy Mother’s Day!
